End of School/Memorial Day Weekend!!!

Yesterday was my LAST DAY OF SCHOOL for summer!!!! I have had probably the best year of teaching EVER!!! I've been a teacher now for 7 years and for the past 3 years I really haven't enjoyed where I was and with that comes not like what you do. I can say that I have found a wonderful place to go to and that makes leaving little Emma a lot less upsetting!!!
I've gotten to have some wonderful kids to teach, some friends to call co-workers, and an administration that I truly respect and enjoying working for!!!!
SUMMER IS HERE AND I'M SOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!! Emma and I have the whole summer to hang out do some fun stuff and just have fun being with eachother! I always would get so bummed at the begining of summer because I KNEW work was around the corner, but now I'm not bummed just excited to have the summer off and then go back to work and KNOW I love where I get to work at!!!

Memorial Day weekend recap!!!
we left on Friday at 6:30, we gave emma her normal bedtime routine and then we were off!SHE SLEPT THE WHOLE 5 HOURS!!!! we got down to seaside around 11:00 and then she woke up when the elevator started making noises. So for the next hour and a half she couldn't understand why it wasn't time to wake up! she finally went down around 1 AM , so I figured she would be cranky for her beach day..... N-O-P-E! She had such a great time! slept on the beach for naps and then played under her tent. She stayed out from 9:30-3:00!!!! no fussy times at all!!!
Then we went to the pool and SHE LOVED IT!!!! The next day was pretty much the same thing and she was a doll that day too!
I loved seeing her experience something that Jimmy and I love to do! can't wait to do it again!!!!!
